Synopsis

Surveillant Haruhi Kuizumi, who belongs to the Public Security Bureau Criminal Affairs Section 3, will investigate the serial murder case with the life of the Director-General of the Public Security Bureau.

The body was cut into 18 parts and numbered on each of them. The crimes were repeated in the same way, all of which were flashyly decorated in the back streets of the downtown area and in four places. "Why did you make a number, why did you fall apart, why did you spread corpses in four places?"

Kyusen will proceed with the investigation with the inspector Kano Hiroshi and the officers who belong to the same three sections. While examining the victim's identity, a device named “Chinese Room” came to be involved in the incident.
