本作は大人気の非対称ゲーム『Identity V 第五人格』の舞台版。逃亡者「サバイバー」は、追跡者「ハンター」から逃げ、追跡者「ハンター」は逃亡者「サバイバー」を捕え、それぞれの勝利のために“逃げ（追い）続ける”。
11月9日と10日には「アニメイトガールズフェスティバル2019」（AGF2019）でステージイベントを開催する。
