冴えないビジュアル系バンド『十二使徒（じゅうにしと）』のメンバーで主人公の斉藤ショウ（杉江大志）を中心に、堀ヒデキ（久ヶ沢徹）・宮西ミーコ（吉田綾乃クリスティー（乃木坂46））・堀ミキオ（三浦海里）・井口セツコ（美津乃あわ）の5人がチームを結成。共通の”ゲーム”や他のキャラクターたちとの関係を通じ、様々な事件が起きていく模様が描かれるという。
